You have to pay to communicate, unless you have a face picture that's public. They review the face pictures also, so better do good on a fake picture.

I don't use a pic, I have all private locked pictures, only show them to the ones I'm interested in. It cost like $70 month without a picture. But I have met a few on there and none showed signs of candy use. I'd say 30% are fake web girls or overseas con. I always ask what part of town are you in, if they're real they will say a major road here in town. It's a good site but be prepared to spend 200-300 per meetup.
