It's been reported that the guy in the below link raped a few of the working girls in New castle. Paige "Deanna " being one of them. I heard from reliable sources that Paige was raped, drugged, beaten up badly than raped again. Also heard from another girl that use to trick at the super lodge that she was also raped by him. So this guy is a monster and obviously is now where he needs to be.

This one used to post frequently on stg.
This is a prime example of spidey sense. Almost ended up there but just didn't feel right. Also, it was at the fairview. I'll never go to a place like that.

So sounds like ABC followed the victim and XYZ to where they were going to do a date. Either that OR he had GPS tracking of her phone.
So the OpSec things one could do in this situation:
1) Take measures to make sure you are not followed.
2) Ask the girl to turn her phone off until the date is over, or make sure she isn't texting your location to an accomplice.
3) NEVER park where you can't get away, don't box yourself in. Have seen quite a few reports where dudes think parking in a dead end street is a great idea, er until they get boxed in. Make sure you have ample room to get away if something goes down.
4) While you are doing a date, keep an awareness of your surroundings. One reason I hate car dates, as I am always looking around to see who is coming or not. Don't let anyone pull up on you!
5) Maybe this was a pre-arranged location that XYZ directed the victim to drive to for a date. That's one of the rules, NEVER go to the girl's spot because accomplice could be waiting or at least knows where to find you!
6) If you are gunna get robbed, give up the cash and perhaps the car. Those can be replaced, your life can not.

Update- Suspects Arrested* Delaware State Police Investigating Homicide
Date Posted: Sunday, April 9th, 2023
Delaware State Police arrested Charles ABC, 44, of Felton, DE, and Sierra XYZ, 28, of Newark, DE for murder and related charges following an incident in March.
On March 19, 2023, at approximately 5:53 a.m., New Castle County Police Department responded to a possible traffic accident on Old County Road. When officers arrived, they located an adult male victim suffering from a gunshot wound inside a vehicle. An examination of the scene revealed that the shooting occurred near the 2400 block of Old County Road, which is within the jurisdiction of the Delaware State Police. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Further investigation determined the victim pulled onto private property and was parked on Dolphin Drive with a female inside his car. A suspect then parked his vehicle behind the victims and approached him while in the drivers seat. The victim attempted to drive away but was shot by the suspect, causing him to crash into a wooded area. The passenger in the victims vehicle and the suspect then fled the scene together in the suspects vehicle.
Through investigative means, Charles ABC and Sierra XYZ were determined to be the suspects in the homicide. On April 7, 2023, warrants for the arrest of ABC and XYZ were obtained. On April 8, 2023, Charles ABC and Sierra XYZ were contacted in a vehicle in Elkton, Maryland by the Harford County SWAT members and members of the Cecil County Sheriffs Office. During the arrest, the suspects attempted to flee in their vehicle, but were quickly apprehended after crashing it inside a parking lot.
After being medically cleared from an area hospital the suspects were transported to Troop 2 where they were each charged with the following crimes:

Murder 1stDegree (Felony)
Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (Felony)

Not sure how one gets this as a car date gone bad? Could have been a robbery, car jacking or some other thing gone bad?
BUT if it were a date gone bad, it strongly suggests one use good OpSec when car dating. So, forgive me, another opportunity to step up on the soapbox and provide some "learning" for any newbies or lurkers.
So, as the rules state, I never go to a location the girl selects, I select the location and don't let her know where we are going. I try to maintain control by choosing the location. Also, I make some random turns and take an unusual path to "a spot" to watch and make certain no one is following.
I NEVER scoop a girl if there is some dude around, even Ashley when Paul is tagging along, she needs to separate before I'd scoop.
So IF this was a date gone bad, I suspect that with proper OpSec the whole thing could have been avoided. If that was the case, apparently the dude made some mistakes and paid with his life! Sad.
Like I always say, two ways to learn, "book learning" by reading rules and avoiding the mistakes others make / made, or "experiential learning" or making the mistakes on your own. Why would you risk your life because you refuse to learn from others?
Hey, mongering "looks" easy, but continued, successful and safe mongering is anything but easy.
Just saying.
WTF! Cash Bond? $1 mm Those two ain't going anywhere for a while. Even the Bondsmen want 30% on Cash Bond.

Is it just me, or does this sound like a date gone bad?
Not a fan of car dates. Did it once in millville, NJ and the girl just looked too young so I took her home before doing anything.

During the operation, officers arrested two males for patronizing a prostitute. Both subjects were released on Summonses.
Chief Tiernan has stated that prostitution is not a victimless crime. Often women involved are forced into the activity. Locations, where prostitution occurs, are also frequently the scene of violent crimes and drug use.
The information provided above is from a City of Newark administrative report.
