I totally agree with you on this. Had a girl told me she considered Newark Delaware a wealthy area so they throw these numbers out to see who bites. IMO the most these donations should be are 100 150 200. People aren't negotiating is another reason why they set high. After reading this story I see multiple things this dude did wrong. First, he had his wallet accessible to be stolen.
