Scott Rd is right off 84 and is a safe area as it is nowhere near "the loop". There is a mix of businesses, hotels and Condo / apartments / houses, pretty safe area. Only caveat would be the very beginning off of East Main, but even if there it's pretty "safe".

Some of the apartment complexes up the hill from 84 can be sketchy at times.

Had a chance to meet her tonight. Never again, and I recommend all of you to stay away. Services sucked and on top of that I paid 180 for an hr and was in and out within 15 minutes. She even declined to give me a partial refund after I asked if she could give me HH rate. Saying something like "this isn't how it works". Neighborhood wasn't exactly safe (oak st) and I'm sure there were others in the house so I just got dressed and left without making any fuss about it.

First always pay for the least amount of time. If she's into you you can always stay longer and pull from your pocket. The money rarely flows the opposite direction no matter the circumstances.

Second always assume that there is no such thing in Waterbury as an "Escort". That word has a certain understanding attached to it and in Waterbury most "escorts" are lazy street walkers using a smart phone.

Thirdly when doing incall, always scope out the situation. If there are others in the house and their not sucking your dick with your new friend then she is not for real. Especially if you have paid high end money. Know your escape routes and ALWAYS look for valuables. Having a plan for all situations is ideal. If she reneges on her end help yourself to something that she values, and reapproaiate it. Cell phones are an easy target, breaking stuff or ruining her make up while you clean up can help you smile a bit on your drive home.

I have been playing a long time in this sand pit of a town and have yet to encounter an "Escort". There have been pleanty of hot SW'ers, several moms trying to make ends meet and even a few strippers but "Escort"? LOL not here. About 90% of what is advertised online in this area are dirty drug addicted street walkers (some are not dirty) and (some are even tasty) such as Monica but still even she is not an "Escort".

It's one of the better areas of Waterbury and it's right off the highway. Just keep in mind that it IS still Waterbury and take the necessary precautions.
