Had a recent dream about Waterbury Bella -- to distinguish from the several other CT Bellas -- and meant to review.

But first, neighborhood is fine -- Quality Inn in busy commercial area full of chains that you recognize. Clientele in the hotel parking lot was a bit sketchy, but on the other hand so was my reason for being there, so who am I to throw stones?

Scott Rd is right off 84 and is a safe area as it is nowhere near "the loop". There is a mix of businesses, hotels and Condo / apartments / houses, pretty safe area. Only caveat would be the very beginning off of East Main, but even if there it's pretty "safe".

Some of the apartment complexes up the hill from 84 can be sketchy at times.
