So I went against my better judgment and the advice you guys gave to me on here and met up with Victoria. Setting up an appointment was a little difficult due to her phone that kept dropping signal while I was talking to her, and me wanting to setup for an outcall and her confusing it for an incall. I've never not just shown up for an appointment but after they give me their location if I don't like it I have no problem nicely telling a provider I don't do low end motels. Best to play it safe these days.
