475 is a code added fairly recently overlaying 203, which comes all the way up to Meriden. Chances are, these are either burner phones or phone numbers chosen via smartphone app, as both allow the user to choose. They may or may not have anything to do with an actual location.

I use a texting / calling app that lets me pick a new number and area code with each conversation or call.
