I was there this week and chose Hana. I was not disappointed. Probably the best looking provider I have seen in Ct. She was very accommodating and will fulfill your needs. Landlord collect rent is one thing but tenants with the potential to put up complaints is a whole other issue and there is no telling.

A lease usually says something about illegal activities, meaning the tenant can be evicted, but that takes time. A LEO visit can speed the process along.
