I was curious about this place and as the Gov. Was actually paying for it in a way I figured I'd give it the once over. With the "Oxnard-like" set up of the place and the constant stream of guys coming and going (all using the rear entrance) I'm nearly certain something else might be had here. Maybe if we all pay them a quick lunchtime half hour visit? I did notice a cop car parked very nearby during the week. Relocated to the proper thread, this is all about the newest (nearly) legit place in Thousand Oaks, and there are no extras being offered up (for me, for now at least) , so anyone looking for a happy ending story can move on.

The place fronts the busy Blvd. With only a couple of free on-street parking spaces and no privacy to the front door. Add to that the jumbo security camera as one tries to figure out the locked door and silent bell to be let in, and it's better just pulling around back to the small but available free lot and using the back door.

I found out the place is owned and run by a mother / daughter team (down, boys!). Actually a GRANDmother and daughter as the hottie working there has 2 kids. Never got her name but she was pleasant as once I figured out the front door deal, she welcomed me from behind the corner desk and led me to I believe one of 4 small-ish working rooms, Along the way I noticed how clean the tiny place is (being brand-new) and that the back door was kept partly open.
