I used to do street picking at Oaklank, which is hub of all SW. But getting a SW in Sjose is a news to me.

How is it going now a day in SJ and how much was the damage?

In Oakland, they start with 1. 5 , but settle down at 1 to 1. 2 (max).

I wish I could tell you. I haven't gone to SJ for mongering since late last year. I saw one WSW and one BSW near HE. I was there for a good 15 minutes cruising by hoping I would see them again but no. I currently go to monterey county for my fix and have been satisfied on the scene there everytime I go.

Are they still doing this program in SJ? (from fijiborn's post bottom of page) it did kill any action for last couple years. He is 100% on the money with that call. 1st st is & has been night & day since Mayor Reed left & Lacardo came into office. 1st was looking like figeroua st in south LA for years there. On any given Fri / sat nights were talking 20-40 SW's (40 during SB weekend easy). We're talking in the alley ways between 1st & 3rd just everywhere & no LE anywhere really. That was under Reed's tenure. Things changed right away under Lacardo & then became non-existent when they enacted that program. Interesting & I'm surprised to see that it has returned. It always does though. When I was in college near by a black lady friend in my Classes & forever resident of SJ would tell me that was the blade / track & her mom used to tell her about it. I really didn't see it around that time nor believe her really than 5-10 yrs later it was as described about & I went wholly crap she was right! I lived near the blade it was crawling talking more dense than Inty or figeroua from 2009-2014 I want to say. SJ's scene unlike other west coast big cities seems to come & go in waves. Booms for a couple years then a ghost town then booms again.

"I'm curious to know what the effect of the "Report John Program" that the city implemented in September 2019 had on the demise of blade. The program directly targeted the customers and sent unwanted mail to your home. For those that don't know about the program I included a youtube clip from a local news report.

Took a drive about 1130 tonight, about a dozen near Alma, BSW, LSW, and 1 WSW. Lots of customers, no LEO. I couldn't participate, but good to see it's fairly happening.

I'm interested in checking it out, I sent you a DM already. I've only been to Inty, and I'm down to check out a scene.

Took a drive around midnight to see if there was any action on a Sunday. To my surprise, there were about 8 SW about. Seem to be chilling at traveler's rest; most of them being BSW, decided to get a quote and was told "120 for regular, 80 for less" didn't bite that time but seems that they all have a room in the hotel.

Keep us posted! Been awhile since I've seen some action on 1st. And Monty.

It's normal enough. I feel room is a bit safer than car, as LE could be patrolling the easy parking spots. I've gone to room 3 of 8-10 times I suppose (that was all east bay, but San Jose has some hotels right there so seems plausible enough).

There's often girls in the motels there though, I've also stayed there in the distant past and just told one walking by (other side of the fence) to drop by my room. How much was she asking? There used to be lots of girls came in from Oakland, they were usually expecting car play.

I meant is it normal for them to ask you to come to their room? That seemed like an easy way to set someone up. She said her minimum was 1 oo.

So I am new to the bay are and California in general. Where I'm from SWs are non existent.

I took a drive down 1st street and to my amazement there were about 5-6 girl's available.

I stopped and talked to one an attractive lightskinned lady. When we talked she asked if I wanted to go back to room which she was on the corner of the motel there.

I think you would have better luck finding a 3 legged ballerina than a SW in Sunnyvale or Mountain View. I think SW are for the most part pretty rare. I think occasionally way down S. 1st Street near where it turns into Monterey Highway you may find them occasionally, but again rare. On line seems to be the way to go. K-orgs seem popular but nearly impossible to get verified and appointment booked, seems they have enough of a client base they don't need newbies or transients.

As always if you go online be very careful and make sure well reviewed, lots of scams out there. Not sure about stings in SJ but where I live they happen almost daily.

Completely crazy how 1st street was from 2012-2020 to 2020-now. Night & day. What gives with the drastic change? My guess is changes in mayor. Also pandemic obviously killed the streets, but not apparently the parlors according to this message board!? Haven't had a reason to drive by 1st in a while as I used to have to for work in wee hours to & from the job. Is it still dead? And any guesses out there what happened? It's like 2005-2010 all over again the couple times I had to go through there since the pandemic hit. Then you look at Figueroa vids on YouTube & it's like what's Covid? Same with bassinet Ave in Houston. Same up in sac. Thus, can't just be pandemic because these other cities are not blinking an eye.

Friday, late at night, saw a couple of BSWs on Virginia /1st. Pretty good looking. One came over to talk but didn't want to get in, said she wanted 100 for a BJ. Since that's basically above what they're asking on listcrawler, and I was really all about just proving they still existed, I gave it a pass.
