    Or sure if correct place

Just curious has anyone else been having a hard time reaching this website? For days I've been unable to get to it to write my reports. Occasionally it will reach the server, but most of the time not.

Covered new laws in Lemon Grove concerning illegal activity a Massage Spas. They are written to stop prostitution, protect the legitimate spas, and working to stop sex trafficking. Spas will be open from 9 to 9, and the persons sponsoring the laws hope all cities in SD will follow. It mentioned other cities with same laws on the books but I have not seen anything about that.

The news only mentioned laws, not what LE is doing with the suspected spas. We need to keep our eyes and ears open.
Looks like this is it https://www.cbs8.com/article/news/in...8-5c303da35f7a.

Interesting section on enforcement and what they can and cannot do.

    A summary of the law.

Capped at 8 parlors but existing ones are grandfathered in.

    Windows cannot be blacked out.

Hours 9 am to 9 pm.

Owners and therapists pass background checks.

Therapists must have and display state certificates.

Dec 5th is the final vote.

Other cities already have this in place.

    Santee.

    San Marcos.

    National City.

    El Cajon.

    Escondido.

    Lemon Grove (after the vote).

    Careful out there fellas

Just caught this report on TV. They showed lots of streetwalker videos but with am increase in finding their likely to need to make lots of busts to keep up appearances. News anchors talked more about busting John's than going after the real traffickers.

Press conferences are for show. If you read the affidavit, this investigation is on-going and started two years ago. It clearly shows information on locations, clients, and the process to get to the door, once in the door (blue toast) has been well documented. That is two years of a client list for all of Boston Top 10 locations plus the girls that have worked there and at which locations. Since July 2020 info these locations, individuals, clients, and workers have had data collected on them. While some would say "low hanging fruit", I disagree. An investigation this long, and still on-going, is not after the easy conviction. While reading the affidavit, it is clear there are similarities to other business in Southern California including the multiple apartments, living arrangements, rotation of workers, client documentation, websites, etc. That are to be noted. Notably, "Interstate prostitution network", Boston and eastern Virginia, leaves open the possibility of states beyond these two. Remember, one of the accused is located here in California and this is a Federal investigation.

Investigations and operations of this type do occur on a county or state level by the feds. This one however has opened the door to "interstate". As others have noted in these threads, we are always being watched. Personally, I have noted Ring cameras located in windows across or next to the doors of several locations here. I never take the same walk direction from where I park into a building or when I exit. On occasion, I will park a short distance away and survey the area for activity. Even inside I keep my guard up. Gentlemen, Boston could easily happen in Southern California since the workers travel here from the East Coast. Be diligent and stay aware. All it takes is for one booker, disgruntled client or worker, to bring attention to the operation with some public ass hole comment. This blog and T E are are monitored by everyone.

Recording, or checking what the cameras recorded? Big difference. Many of those cameras as well as cameras on panda vehicles photograph and store that info. It's passive, as opposed to active where the cameras are watched live by a person.

Does Ron Morrison have some sort of secret crush on this Nasty City business? Nasty City can profit from this by actually legalizing the trade in that area and then having the SW get a license and pay a tax!

Never heard of Shelltown, and where in Bario Logan? As an outraged citizen I need to confirm this news story.

It showed a sting, basically a SW getting into a car and you could hear the police dictating the sequence of events. From the camera angle, if you're familiar with the road, you can determine the camera location. It also showed three putas having a street fight at 1 am. This one chick fucked up the two chicks that came at her. The segment basically journaled that the closing of the Main St Motel has had zero effect on the SW activity. I checked their website but the story isn't available yet. Stay safe out there.
