Other guys on this forum can tell us if I'm wrong, but I think, Hotel Circle is the center of the sting universe for LE. It's high-risk. If you are looking for "theater action" you may have luck with Barnett ave or Jolars cinema.

It is very hit or miss though.

Almost all the "Prominent Classifieds" on HX in San Diego are asian apartment providers. They usually operate out of some nice UTC apartments. The bookers have some screening though, but once you're done with that, you're good to see all of them.
