Hit the track this morning around 5 am. Hg was pretty much dead and what seemed like a concerted effort by uncle LEO.

You are correct with monitoring traffic but not with the license plates. The cameras do not record anything. In case of crimes and pravate cameras, the police has to request it from the owner. However, the owners usually provides it.

These are vice cops, but I am not sure why they are driving a patrol car. It's obvious however that a crackdown is taking place. So the lesson here is to use due caution all.
