Its hit & miss completely and there's a revolving door of 304's. They work here for a week or so then head somewhere else like LV or Seattle. There phone numbers are reliable out to later the same day then all bets are off. And never judge a book by its cover, chat them up and get a feel for what kind of time you can expect.
