I don't think so. Didn't this used to be the 49 er truck stop?

You'd probably have better luck checking out the truck stops around Stockton Blvd and Elsie Ave. There's a Valero with a truck stop, and also the quality inn at stockton and Elsie has a truck stop in back as well.
