Went out earlier tonight around 8-9 p. LEO was aggressively on patrol. Saw several people pulled over. Saw them honking at girls on corners and had a couple of lights flash behind me while drivbing the speed limit passing the 20's. Saw a cop around 9th but the majority of the cops were in the dubs. Not sure if this was a freak happening, somethign going on in the area, an opp, or if this is because the mayor is in trouble but as I always remind yal, be careful.

Tried an early morning cruise before work. Went up and down inty from about 730 a to 825 ish. There were a few stragglers scattered about. Tried saying hi to a WSW with a face tattoo. But she was too busy on her phone to bother LOL. I'm guessing this is the last of the overnight shift about to log off.

Tried another cruise on a Wednesday about 530 p or so. Was pretty active for a weekday so early. Didn't see anything I liked though.

Cruized around Inty from 7th to 20th, from about 8:30 until 9:45 this evening. Very uninspiring! There were scattered bits of activity, but nothing to go out of your way for. It was quite disappointing, especially after experiencing the crowded streets and provocative costumes of Summertime.

About 90 minutes later it was popping. Unfortunately too many johns, dbs, and window shoppers. I got annoyed and decided to go home to a hand.

The police can only arrest you if you or the girl admit you solicited her. The other scenario is that you solicited a undercover officer. So the police cannot arrest someone for merely stopping or picking up a girl. LE has become more aggressive and some police departments now have a policy where you are taken to jail and you have to post bail. CA used to have a loitering law. The loitering law was a outrageous catch all that allowed police to almost consider anything they wanted to be loitering.
