Well there is no tried and true tested way but there are things that don't usually happen. First look around for uncle. LE will likely not be dressed to scantily. Often times she'll grab your crotch because an officer won't do that and she'll let you do the same in kind. I'm going to assume this isn't a joke. Addicts can be SW but generally, the quality of looks, sanity, and / or hygiene is usually lower. The price is often lower as well. Lets say the going rate is 100, you may be able to offer an addict 40 or 50 and they accept it. If they are really desperate because it's been awhile since their last hit, you may be able to offer 20. Again the lower the cost the lowere the quality usually.
