I think the cock idea comes from Full Metal Jacket. Its actually a multitude of reasons based on stereotypes and fear. For some reasons I don't blame them they do have a right to protect themselves. 1. We apparently don't need to pay for sex and if we come we are there to pimp them.

4. We are violent.

5. No Black Men= She is being pimped.
