The problem with your post, grammar and syntax aside, is we have no way to legitimize your identity. If you can provide links to reviews or your ads, that would at least give the reader a clue as to your provider identity, assuming you are actually the provider posting. Don't take offense, it is your first post under this screen name, so it is impossible to determine your credibility from other posts or even reviews. If you could get the client to post a report and identify the culpable provider with an ad reference, that would certainly add legitimacy.
