Spent some time yesterday 2 to 5 pm at the cherry and It is turned into a boomers. Which is not all bad most of the girls are gorgeous and as always super aggressive. Lots of fun to be had everywhere on the floor, regular dance, VIP are all good, lots of rubbing and teasing. Buy some beers and get a handjob, have fun while it lasts.

I agree that it's turning into Boomers, or more like reverting back to the old Showcase, but last time I mentioned that constant 'gangsta' music, I was told that they were playing Lynard Skynard in there!

Granted, there is one dancer that forces the manager to play ZZ top, but that's one song every blue moon. While the other clubs limit the 'trap' music to one song an hour, it's just the opposite at the Cherry, due to the manager liking that stuff.

The daytime bartenders are pissed off most of the time and the only customers that are acknowledged are the 'special' customers that provide good cheer, if you know what I mean.

On the other hand, the girls are friendly if you're spending money on them. Typically around 5 to 1 black girls. To each his own, but I don't consider it the premier gentleman's club we were promised it would be.

There is two sides to this. First, I can see why the girls would be upset. If they have a bad night, they could walk out with no money after tip out. I've seen it happen. However, I agree with the notion that if I were the club owner, I would expose who they are and see what they want to do then. They can make a great living off the books then claim against Uncle Sam and get food stamps, huge tax returns, etc. This could be very interesting.

I think you're probably right and yes, it could be very interesting. My gut tells me it will settle quietly and probably quickly. I doubt these owners have as deep of pockets as the ladies might think so when their attorneys finally convince them how little they have to actually gain, they'll probably easily find precedent somewhere to settle. Surely other club owners have been down this road before.

I agree. But it's the girls demanding the trial by jury. I didn't read it closely enough. And I'm not going back to read it again!. But maybe the clause was just protecting their right to have a jury. In the end, perhaps they'll choose otherwise. The lawsuit lists them as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2, with real identities revealed only to the defendant so maybe you're right. Maybe in the event of a jury trial the real identities become public. I'm just not sure how it all works.

Just speculation, but if I were one of the owners, I'd demand a real trial too! Think about it. Local and possible national coverage with these strippers names and faces plastered everywhere? Their probation officers, friends, and families passing out in front of the TV. Ex husbands and guys they've ripped off now know who and where they are! No way these girls will even show up! Again, just my speculation!!

They haven't thought this through, they are just ignorant / desperate girls trying to milk some cash out of someone without working.

For example, their suit implies they think they should be treated like employees, as in, get a minimum wage. That means the club needs to have a time clock they punch into, as well as personal info like their real names and social security numbers so that income can be tracked and taxes paid. Is that *really* the direction they want to go? I've yet to meet a stripper that actually pays taxes, today they basically have off-the-books untaxed income.

If they are too ugly / lazy to earn tips or follow a schedule, that's not the club's fault. They should change profession.

I have been a couple of times in the last few weeks. Mostly black dancers when I went but they are very friendly in the VIP.

I have been there many times and I am white. They do not care what color you are. Money is all green and that is what motivates. As long as you have green and are spreading it around, you are welcome.

You should be fine. Very friendly club with some of the friendliest, partying dancers you'll find.

Your experience will be based on your personality. If you are happy-go-lucky with a self-deprecating, winsome personality you'll really enjoy it. If you're the nervous-nelly type and are uncomfortable being the minority you'll become your own worst enemy there. But I guess that advice applies to any club.

Go try it out. I'm sure you'll love it. I think the previous poster was right, dancers see green. And me, when I see a pair of titties I go color blind! .

I don't know where she is from. I will have to ask next time.

Normally wears a full body-stocking when she dances. Not much spark on stage but off-stage, under the table, and in the VIP she's as good as it gets.

If we're talking about the same lady, of course.
