I've only been to Boomers twice and both times I just finished my beer and split. Completely unimpressed by atmosphere and talent. As I looked around I'm pretty sure there were more drug sales going on than lap dances. Had a friend say the same thing. Quote was "a bunch of ratchet chics I wouldn't f& with your.

I'm no expert on Boomers think I've been 3 maybe 4 times, seems like its always been either a Thursday Friday or Saturday early, before it gets going hard. So allways sat at the bar by myself as the girls are filtering in getting some drinks in them. There are always a couple of super sexy ones. You have to be pretty confident in the ways of stripper talk because the big old fat nasty ones are going to be super aggressive and you can't piss them off or you won't get to the fresh young fine ass hell one or the or the other 1 or 2 bad ass ones. Depending on how much cash you brought for entertainment just pick out the first one, take her to the private dance, private room with a couch thing, make your deal and have fun. Go back to the bar have a drink and relax for a minute and pick out the next one once your recorverd. Rinse and Repeat. About a $ per throw maybe a little more (whatever they can get so start low). Boomers is one of the last tru party clubs left in my 100 mile circle.

I've always been satisfied with Fantasia when I'm in town.

Wednesday night, there were 5-6 attractive girls, a couple very hot. 1-2 not so much. I think I went up with Heidi. It was fine. CBJ. $80 for 5 songs, $ for the show. It was fine. Nothing spectacular.

Thursday - 2-3 attractive girls 3-4 not so much Milan I thin- petite black chick, very cute, very satisfied. Same deal as the night before. Given what I've read on ownership changes around town, I hope Fantasia stays the course.

Jimmy's on 72 in Madison seems to get a bad rap on this forum. Granted it's anything but white-collar, but it's been my go-to since I moved here almost 5 years ago. (Probably because it's right on my way home.) I'll also concede that the level of talent on a scale of 1-10 can be questionable. All that said, I've seen at least a few absolutely smokin' hot dancers there most of the times I've been. (Typically mid-evening any day of the week) I'll usually start with a 20 which is enough for the cover (if there's a bouncer paying attention), a beer, and a dozen 1's for the meat rack. By the time I blow through the singles I'll have scoped out the talent and decided if I want a dance. There's been times (maybe 1 in 10 visits) where I call it at 20 because no one there peaked my interest, but usually I'll have lined up a dance by my last Jefferson. My experience with the dances has been fantastic. Probably because I've been picky. The prices went up a bit. Maybe a few years ago but I didn't keep track. But I think still worth it. What I'll say about the dances is that if you go for a second or third in a row, the grinding is to the point where. Hypothetically- if a guy was wearing silk boxers and not keeping just calm enough a guy could make a mess in his pants right there. All in all, it's going to stay my go-to unless something drastically changes.

At some point in time I need to try out Boomers 50/50 to see what can be had there. I've never done the VIP there so it should be something new to try. Fortunately I'm heading back to the West Coast for some real fun.

I heard the same of Sophie's and the Cherry being under the umbrella of the Pony. As it was explained to me by the manager from the Pony, the Cherry is trying to be turned into a more white collar gentlemen club. When I visited they still have the same tired-looking clientele along with the same tired looking girls. If they want to have a white-collar gentlemen's club, they need to visit another major Metropolitan City and see the kind of stable they have. I did notice a heavier security presence at the Cherry however they were not as thorough as I would expect them to be for a white-collar gentlemen's club as they were at the Pony. If I just want to look at boobies, in a white color environment, with exceptionally beautiful women, I will still go to the Pony. Since the policy of the Pony is to have a tight grip on the VIP section I noticed that the Cherry now has a tighter grip on their VIP section. I will not be wasting another dime inside the Cherry. If Sophie's is going that direction, and it sounds like it is, I won't be wasting a dime there either.

I stopped by Fantasia and saw some not so good looking ladies but two or three good looking ones. The lady I decided to go upstairs with, Cherry cute spinner, said that she doesn't do what the other ladies do upstairs so she saved me the price of going upstairs.

I will try Jimmy's tonight and see what happens. I don't expect much because their VIP is nothing to speak of. At some point in time I need to try out Boomers 50/50 to see what can be had there. I agree with what Snuggle Bunny said, for the last two weekends I went to Cherrys then hop across the parking lot to Sophia. Both places seemed to be very slow for a weekend night. Not too many girls. Even working girls not moving around some are just sitting at the bar with their faces glued to phones. Very boring atmosphere not like before. Now when I read the thread it explained everything to me. I will hold off from visiting the clubs here till things settle down. One of the girls said she is thinking to go dance in Atlanta or Florida but didn't say why. I think most girls will do the same if things continue to go down hell like this. Now, since things has dried up, I am planning to go to Atlanta for some fun. Any advice will be appreciated.

I spent the evening at Jimmy's merely to see what was available. They were a couple of very good-looking ladies working but mostly not. As I stated before their VIP is not worth my time. I didn't even bother to ask for a dance and no one asked me, so it was a win-win situation.

I topped off the evening at Sophie's which will soon be called Uncle Buck's Boobie Bungalow. When I arrived they were playing strictly country for the first hour I was there. After which they mixed in a little rock and roll and other genres. For a Saturday night the place was really dead. The skinny I got from the ladies dancing is that ever since they went country and removed the curtains from the VIP, things have started to really slow down there. One dancer even said that girls are sent to Uncle Buck's Boobie Bungalow as punishment for infractions at the pony and the score. As always with rumors, take it with a grain of salt. I will be thoroughly surprised if that place makes it an additional 3 months. One dancer was almost in tears by how little money she is making at this all country music strip club. She shared how she had to do work extras outside of the club to make money. Something she didn't like to do because of the lack of security. I can sympathize with that. Let's face it fellas, some of us are jerks. It almost seems like the owner bought out the other clubs merely to shut them down and not have any competition. But that is only my theory and nothing more.

All said, if it wasn't for Silas and Lindsay dancing, with Trina at the bar, I would not have stayed there a second longer. Silas is the cute bartender that works at the Cherry during the day. She was dancing tonight but not offering up any dances. I enjoyed seeing her up there and tipped her accordingly. Lindsay is the older blond dancer with the awesome bolt-ons. She is always entertaining to talk with and get a dance from. Trina is the Monday night bar tender that got talked into working tonight. It seems as though the owner is now playing damage control with their decisions on how to run the clubs. I do believe though I will be saving my coin for other cities as this one is too enmeshed in the Bible Belt and not about the fun that can be had.

I am not gentleman enough to give money to the new owners of these three clubs for the fantasy of being with a dancer. Good luck to them in their endeavors but I will not be funding their goals.

Great report. So looks like most of the VIPs in the town (Cherry's, Sofia, Pony, and Jimmy) are not fun anymore, and Fantasia does not have as many or as good women, specifically on a weekday. Hope fully the club scene improves soon enough.

I see now that the Cherry and Sophie's are being molded into clubs more like the Pony. Will this mean the end of hands-on extras in these clubs? Are there even enough genuinely pretty dancers to fill the rosters at three Pony-style clubs? There are some dancers who simply can't get by on straight-up lap dances. Will they gravitate to Fantasia or Jimmy's? Will they move into escorting? Dynamics are really beginning to shift. Do we end up with three high-brow clubs and everything else UTR? Or maybe this revives the anything-goes clubs like Fantasia. It will be interesting to see.

A friend passed word that The Cherry and Sophie's are now being run by the same owner as The Pony. If one is to believe the names on the new ATMs, The Cherry will become Scores and Sophie's will become Uncle Buck's.

Remodeling continues at The Cherry; the back stage is gone and the main stage no longer has the step down area in the middle; it's at the same level as the ends. The new entrance stairway is complete and they are finally completing the tile in the men's room.

I will be in the town for a week. Any recommendations on the club with best VIP experience. From the forums, it appears Fantasia is the most hated on club. Any club regulars would recommend. I'd be happy to share info on various Northern cities in exchange.

Fantasia is probably the worst spot in town; I'd rank Visions right behind it, then Jimmy's then Cherry while leaving Pony at the top. Any other clubs out there?

Well went by Fantasia again last Thursday wheelie I was in town. I should've quit while I was ahead. Left after a beer or two with plenty of money in my pocket.
