Yep, LOL I went to two of them. I used to be in contact with the guy that sends the invites but he started doing them in Nashville and I couldn't make it. Then I lost contact.

Friday afternoon and all is not well. Thought the A team would be on the floor. This Looks like a retirement home for washed up dancers from the 90's. 3 or 4 guys playing pool a couple of old dudes at the bar. Felt like being in fast and furious sequel number 22, everyone is doing exactly the same things but everyone is 20 years older, fatter and board out of their mind. No need to pay good money or waist valuable time in any of these clubs. When you take all the real fun out and replace it with high prices and do nothing lower management you get such low foot traffic the girls can't make any money so the quality of entertainment goes to the bottom. You may find some 6's and 7's Friday and Saturday bite for 6 hours but any shift but those two are a waste of time.

Well he made some upgrades to the Pony Too so I don't think he is trying to tank them for that reason. A lot of the girls I talk to really like him.

I'm neither a small business owner or a real estate investor but hear out a crazy speculation. If you had some liquid capital that you needed to shelter, would it be a poor idea to purchase these clubs for a temporary loss then sell the land they're on to developers after you've run them into the ground? As I said, I'm talking from inexperience but at least wanted to spark some speculative discussion. If nothing else, it's more entertaining than going to these clubs.
