Something big going at the Sky when I drove by at noon. Must have been 20 LEO / Dets. About a dozen cars pulled over on the Street. With people being checked. Looked like most of the room were open and residents standing out in the parking lot. Several of the girls have been staying there for a couple of weeks. Murder and robbery suspect was picked up there about that time. No murders there that day.

I agree with Clark. You never know when some of these women will pop up on the street. I wish there was some way to predict their appearances. Maybe Apple or Google will come up with an app for that!

Why'all are absolutely right. Totally hit and miss. About the only thing you can be sure of, is that sometime during the day or night, rain or shine, hot or cold. They'll be out looking for some $ in order to refill their meds. They may only be out for 5 minutes, if they catch a ride and get enough to survive another day. But they'll be out. You've just got to enjoy the "Hunt".

There's never been a time when you could predict when girls were going to be out. They run by their addiction schedules. The only difference between today and the past is cell phones keep a lot of them off the street, when in the past the street was their main venue for finding sources of money. I'm sure now, with the loss of CL and BP, there's eventually going to be more and more girls reappearing on the street once they've burned the bridges of their phone contacts.

At one time one could generally rely on girls being out at certain times, 5:00 PM for the on-the-way-home-from-work crowd, for instance, and also at 2:00 AM for the on-the-way-home-from-the-bar crowd as these historically are prime times for girls to maximize their opportunities. Seeing three girls out at 11:00 AM on a Tuesday and all within shouting distance of one another was an out of the ordinary experience for me, and remarkable enough for me to share it with you guys.
