I went by there a couple of times while I was in Birmingham last week. Place looks locked up tighter than a tick's ass. The only sign of recent activity was what looked like a hole was dug just inside the fence and then filled in (probably utility work). So the door opening could have been the landlord airing / checking the place out, especially if if the utility work was for a water or sewer main.

I've not heard anything from Bobbie since July and that was a text reply saying she would call me. When I talked to her back in April or May she told that she was going to have to rename the place and fill out all new forms to get licenses.
