Listen, I know this account of mine isn't "senior" level yet on this website, but I am no stranger to this hobby. Has anyone else had extremely bad luck at Tru? Been to two locations, Alabaster AND the Gadsden Hwy location, both wanted me to DIY. I always refuse DIY, so I walked, no tip. I followed all the steps even though these places are very familiar to me, especially the Alabaster location. Probably Rubmaps, you have to pay to read the reviews. I gave up my subscription months ago. Hardly ever anything local on there and it seems like a lot of fake reviews.
