I have always deferred to Charlesalanhead as a highly respected legend in the monger community. With Jez I would have to temper the discussion just a bit. First, he is right, she should have returned the money and let this thing go away. But, in her defense, she did call me as it went down and she was pretty upset about the whole deal, which I will not post here. There were some hurt feelings on both sides of the deal and it was not handled correctly. I have volunteered to spot her some of the money just to smooth the situation over, but another monger beat me to it and that part should be taken care of.

Again, this situation was not handled well, but it is far from a Payden or Shasta Hollis situation where it was just a rip off. This was a misunderstanding gone really wrong.

I had the pleasure of seeing her a couple of nites before this incident and am still smiling from the meeting. She is a young girl who seems serious about developing a professional stature in this field and I hope this is an incident she can work through and handle a little more gracefully in the future.
