I don't know if this has been addressed, but my friend Lacy aka Indy-Lacy (also formerly Luscious Lacy before another girl took that name) told me a friend of hers decided to help her out by posting some ads. 1. I contact her and we agree to a barter system. I give her a ride to see a guy, and she gives me a hhr.

2. I drive her down south. About 20-30 minutes each way plus time spent trying to find the guy. We do find him and she does her business with him around the corner. I stay in the car. During the trip, she does bring up Golfer72's story, stating that NO donation was ever exchanged. "He is lying" is her EXACT quote.

3. We drive back to her place. She tells me to wait in the car, so she can put her little yappy dog away. "I won't screw you over" is her EXACT quote.

4. I never hear from her again. After 1 hour of multiple texting, calling, and even knocking on her door, I leave.

Conclusions and assumptions:

I gave her a ride to see her supplier, she applied her fix when she got home, and she passed out. The fact that she needed a ride "RIGHT NOW" and that she was willing to barter was most likely an indication of how bad she was hurting. But once she got what she wanted, all prior agreements were null and void. The ironic part is that if everything went as planned, I was still going to give her the original donation. I even considered asking for the hhr first, and than giving the ride, but I decided to trust her instead.

Guys, this is a civilian trying to hobby while playing with fire. No job, no car. I believe SnapDragon had a good time, but I also believe Golfer72's story. In all of my follow up texting (after she left me hanging), I was nothing but polite to her. Even offering alternative times to make it up to me. I even admitted to her that I was going to give her the full donation even though she offered the hhr for free. Nothing but complete silence so far.
