Actually, most of the "guys off the street" are usually members of the behind the camera crew or friends of theirs. I had an aquaintance some years ago who actually was in the porn business and that's what they did. They didn't want to bring in guys they didn't know, in case the guys had some kind of STD, like herpes, or might be mental. If it's employees or friends, they will know them better and it's safer all around.
