I have not used the "Enfield" ones but I assume the "Hartford" ones are run by the same handler. The service has always been ok to good. You will get a covered half-and-half, no questions asked. Yeah I saw her for the last time in 2019. Nearly impossible to see. She also seems to have random rules sometimes but not at others. Won't lie though the service was immaculate when I had last gone.
