I agree with this post. I saw Kay for the second time recently (my first time with her was a long while ago, over a year and well before the plague started and at a time when she was staying in Windsor).

Both of my experiences were very positive. She was a bit hard to reach initially but once I did, she was very easy to communicate with, lucid, pleasant, professional. Two different topics in this thread.
