I saw that crowd, too. There were four of them, I think, walking together north on Nebraska to the C store. One was a guy (in photo), plus the thong-clad female, plus at least one more female, who may have been her daughter. I was rolling past southbound after dropping off what's her name near the church on Sitka and 10th.

It made an eye-catching troop. The Summer heat produces good results on occasion.
