I don't think handing out naked ads on the stip and in magazines is illegal because parents are responsible for what their children view, just like on the internet, its the same way in real life. I know its not fair that people who come here from China and any other parent for that matter that don't know any better bring their 8 and 10 year old and get exposed to this. But it is obviously not illegal, because by now the way LE haggles everyone it would have been stopped a long time ago.

That's because the sidewalk in front of most casinos, (Mirage, Caesars, Flamingo, Bally's, Bellagio and on and on) is also owned by the casino. Since that is the case, the owner has every right to govern the activities on the property.

Las Vegas HAS tried to get rid of the porn slappers on the Strip; even went to court over it and lost.

Something about a 1st Amendment, speech, the Constitution or some such excuse used by the courts to side with the slappers.

Perhaps another tactic might work...wait until a flier is handed to a minor and try going from there...

Bet thousands if not millions have been handed to minors. Aren't the girls barely covered in the pics, so it's not 'nudes'? How's that illegal, even to minors?

LE was on dirt bikes stopping the girls that walked by the Seigal suites. There were also 4 cruisers up and down BH, They also had the Patty wagon parked in the Siegel suites. Use caution.

My reason for explaining this is that they bust the service girls too, but not the advertisers. Arent the mexicans the ones soliciting the service and fake advertising? I mean what am I missing. Quote

Of course those cards are fake. And here's a typical scenario if you ever call one of those phone numbers: They will ask which girl you saw on the card. They will ask your hotel and name, so they can call your room and verify you are really there. They will send a completely different girl, probably just dispatch the closest one to you. She will tell you the advertised fee does not include anything that you want, so more money is needed. You can tell her to leave and she will say there is a cancellation fee. She will pretend to call the service and they will hassle you. You will have to pay her to leave your room. WTF? Why bother with this scam? And they will call you again later since they know which hotel and room you are in.

A total and absurd waste of time and energy. I am constantly amazed at the different ways people can make money out here.

Also, the names on the cards are so they know who to pay the com to. The guys that pass them out are only paid on return.

They falsely advertise pictures of models that I've never seen a day in my life on LV blvd and it says full service $$45! Specials. Such bs. Its all local sercices with fake pictures and fake pricing. They do have beautiful girls but its deftnately not 45-150. An agency charges an escort that works there a drop fee for each client they get sent to C. Its between 150-300 fee for the company. The girl must collect it when she gets to the room and she gets nothing out of it.

This just leads to that old question, why is it illegal to charge for something that you can legally give away for free?

If you wonder why Macau beats Las Vegas for several years in a row, this is the reason. People come to LV for a good time, and sex has been a key part of a good time since the beginning of human race. I dont think LV will ever beat Macau again. Sands and Wynn make more money in Macau than LV. It is sad because there are a lot of nice girls in LV.

Speaking to a girl recently who confirmed the EXACT same thing. the trick rolls are prompting the hightened security and resulting dryer watering holes for everyone.
