Normal for that area
It's not unusual to see that in the area. A good friend of mine own a business in that center. He tells me they routinely arrest someone in the lot about 3-5 times a week. The area is well known for drug action, specifically (Twain from LVB to Maryland, to Flamingo, and back up to paradise. Many unmarked cars and lots of drugs and homeless in the area. Most won't bother you if your there at a shop or just walking through, but there are the occasional (should be in a nut house), types that won't leave you alone.
There are many providers that I know of in that Spiegel Suites complex and the apartments just a bit further down. If you visit one there. You would be wise to park FAR from where the apt is (out of eyeshot from the apt is best I think), then wlak around it and see if you notice any loiterers that just don't fit in. If your spooked, don't go, many other providers in LV to choose from so you can avoid any hassles.

Hey there guys.
I was filling my gas tank yesterday at flamingo and Swenson. I as soon as I got into my car I looked over to those yellow apartments / weekly across the street. I saw a black female leading a white male into the room next thing I see is the white male getting taserd down to the ground by police and handcuffs put on. Looks like LEO is taking action in this area.

Guys be very careful when you're dealing with casino girls there was a sting at the Bellagio Sunday night I got this info from a girl I see she said around 25 got rounded up she got caught by going there from a posting on backpage so use big head when you are out there so if they got that many girls then I'm sure somewhere some guys were getting nabbed as well be safe!!
