I've had an occasional experience with a provider I found on Craigslist. The "studio" is in a dental clinic. The provider gives a so so body rub wth HJ for a flat fee of 40/ hour. She's older and from India. She hardly speaks English, so I wouldn't begin to see if there is a way negotiate other services. But for the price, it can be really relaxing. Just be a bit handy with her during the massage to communicate intentions. I'm always losing the number, so I just search "flat" under therapy on CL. They are located on Leetsdale.

I'm not sure, but it appears that one of my regular go-to's might have gone bye bye. Royal Spa on Brighton Blvd in Commerce City was a consistent decent place to go.
