I don't know about the IR girls but I've seen this before. The business owner (s) are probably trying to shield themselves from having to pay benefits, taxes etc by having the girls claim they are independent contractors and not employees of the business.

The dancers at strip clubs, female and male ones, are almost always independent contractors. That pretty standard across the country. Just the wait staff if they don't dance are employees.

That's how it was at all the ones I went to back home in New Jersey and any other state I've been in.

Surprised this wasn't already happening. Miami has had dancers as contractors for years. Maybe this is done in Orlando. From my understanding the owner owns a club in Orlando and bought IR recently I guess. He's supposed to be buying another club, no word on exactly where though.

Went in on Tuesday night not expecting much. Low key, it wasn't too busy. But ok proud a skinny black girl caught my eye I forgot her name, great body and friendly. some Chit chat. Then went back for a few dances with really good grinding that did the trick. Got digits for OTC came over later that night . And has an amazing time. She even asked me if she could spend the night. No biggie since I was in a hotel with nothing that I could not loose. Had it again in am twice.

Wish I could remember her name. She prob changed her number because text are not going through now.
