Stopped in to IR Thursday, things are changing and not for the better. I don't understand why someone would buy a very successful business and change the very things that make it so. As a business consultant, I have watched this happen in many industries and it never fails to baffle me.

Changes that will kill IR that are happening:

- they are making it More Getto, fixed play lists, no Variety in the music.

- more rules for the dancers, unhappy employees makes for unhappy customers.

These are two changes I know are making both customers and the dancers look elsewhere.

On that note, I left IR and went to cheeters and had a great time, the selection of talent is small but with what is happening at Ir cheeters has a great opportunity to grow there business and it looks like it is happening.
