You must have some deep pockets! It sold for a Million in 2016-2017, for the real estate alone. Then there is the restaurant and bar equipment, furniture fixtures and build out, cash management systems, security systems, goodwill (the name and reputation), so I would guess $2 M full price. It has probably doubled by now, as most Cocoa Beach properties have.

Apparently, none of you Mongers were listening when I suggested way back in January 2016 that we should get together as a group and pool our money to buy the Inner Room.

With it's current poor status, I predict it's going to be for sale again, soon. Although, this time for a more inflated price.

Perhaps he is referring to the long closed club in west Cocoa off of Industry Rd. I cannot recall the name, perhaps Playmates" It was no alcohol, full nude, and occasionally they had some great talent and lots of private areas!

Can anyone from here explain why in the world the strip clubs are in Cocoa Beach? I would think that would be the last place you would put a strip club. Cocoa Beach seems elderly and family friendly.

I would think the clubs would be in a more industrial area off in the cut. I heard there was a club in Cocoa like that but it closed down. Too bad no new ones popped up.

Pretty sure the clubs in cocoa beach were grandfathered in. Don't hold me to that. But the club in cocoa isn't closed I have been there recently.

Do yourself a favor and ask the girls their rates. I ask upfront and if its not $20.00 I pass. One lady wanted $40 a dance.

They have some nice looking girls at Lidos. Bella and Venom are give good dances.

There are so many rules there now. I heard they are like Orlando and you can't touch the girls. Even before that I was thought this club was lame. The girls couldn't have both legs on you when they danced.

They definitely have the best looking girls at night. But it's not worth it IMO. It's like looking at the shiny new sports car that is not yours so you can't touch it.

Lidos has high standards but the place looks like shit. It's tiny, outdated bar and decor, and reeks of stank ass cigarettes. I haven't been there in three years and will never go back.

Coming from South Florida I can't imagine spending money at the strip clubs here. The women are tiers below and charge more! Strip Clubs in Broward Country such as Gold Finger and Porthole have better looking woman and a lap dance is $10!

Everyone knows South FL is the best of the best. But I wouldn't put Porthole over the old Inner Room at all. Porthole is the "diamond in the rough club" On a packed night you'll probably see about 5 top tier dancers. I know because I go there often when I lived Miami and I was recently there a few weeks ago. Inner Room had lots of pretty broads from all over. Lots of sexy dancers that do everything like down south. I didn't even go back down South as much as I do now because there was so much action there. If I could kick Gene's (owners) face in I would. He even stopped coming to the club because people are so pissed.

In between my visits to back home. I was able to get three sexy strippers that are from Orlando. Initially I couldn't stand strippers from Orlando because they did absolutely nothing. Something changed because they are more open to OTC than before.
