So I arrived in the zone by 4:30 PM today. There were the usual girls out there that I will not pick up. I cruised and drove around for 2 hours. Left the area and came back multiple times. Finally I see this woman who I have never seen before, Jessica, former addict, brunette with really nice blue eyes. I had seen her earlier and thought she was a civilian. She was on Manchester outside Hillsboro Market talking to some guy in a black SUV. So I go to the bagel place and pull a you turn and come back. Now she is walking down Manchester towards Maple. She gives me the eye and I pull over and park. Now I know I'm in a vulnerable spot but I pick her up anyways. So I drive around conversing with her and I'm watching my rearview. So I'm driving for 15 minutes and about to leave Manchester town limits where out of my mirror I see this white Chevy Impala passing other cars on this small side road. All of a sudden the blues come on and I pull over. There were three cars and all came out of no where. Now Jessica is like "your're a cop and you're filming me". I tell her to keep her cool and I'm just giving you a ride. Now they split us up and she is taken to the back of my vehicle. The cop is telling me he seen me before and all the other guys driving around and knows my plate and vehicle. Well anyway they go through Jessica's stuff and finally cut us loose.

BUT BEFORE HE DOES HE TELLS ME IF HE CATCHES ME AGAIN IN THE AREA HE WILL ARREST ME AND MAKE SURE IT IS PUBLIC.

I just wanted to get out of there and yessed him to death! I just thought you guys should be of aware of this and do what you will with this info.

Sat. Night, between 7 & 8 PM, was cruisin up Manchester St. Just above Maple 3rd house on the left and there was this Asian guy recording with his phone all the cars with from what I could tell with single guys. I have no idea what he is doing with those videos but I would bet he is up to no good.

A SM reported on a strawberry blonde (SB) a while back. I had two interesting encounters with her though she used a different name. I was staying near the airport for a really early morning flight. I'm walking into the hotel and there is this pale SB covered in freckles smoking a butt. BB FS was then offered but not w / o an up-sell attempt.

Was in town and went for a cruise. Nothing at the normal loop so I headed North and found 4 there. 1 was a wacko. A small brunette walking and talking and going phycho. I stayed away but someone in a jeep tried to pick her up but she was holding a good conversation with herself.

I spotted Jessica. Grabbed her and off to the store because of no cover ups. While waiting, I heard sirens and got blocked in by uncle LEO. I was busted or so I thought. They were after another car. Jessica jumped in and I got around the cop. Off to my hotel. GAWD the hair was hanging long when she dropped her pants. Oh well. She did a quick BJ and rolled on the cover. First of all you have to get your story straight! So that means revealing each other's names. I've been pulled over three times with girls in the car and all three times they were arrested for drugs (two of them) and another one on a warrant. If you're just driving and not in a act then I don't see how they can arrest you. I always pay attention to rearview. All the time everytime!

Now I have to tell you good sir that is a true accomplishment! You are indeed the Artful Dodger and I mean that in a very respectful way because my luck I would be under the local pokie!

I tend to find bed most O Uncle LEO is a bit over zealous (putting it mildly) and depending on the day if they want her or you as to whom they will have.

It matters not as to actual crime committed it only matters is to what officer will attest to, And given the questionable nature of humanity in general this is why I say depending on the day whom will they have?

If presented with the way to be free for the day she will take it with out question.

This is why I've instituted one loop in zone only rule.

Get in get out don't circle like a vulture.

Whats wrong with picking someone up and giving them 'a ride' ?? As long as you arent being followed around to a spot or breaking the law, what can the LE do?

3:45 dead, no LE either. Same older dude standing outside the store at Laur tho and same blk guy was standing in front of the hair place on Maple. Both there on first pass too. Both could pass for UC, both clean cut. Paranoia?
