Although that advertisement is now gone, I had the same type of reaction that you did to those photos. Advertising photos should project an image of a friendly, smiling and pleasant provider, not some arrogant narcissist who looks like she would barely tolerate the customer. Maybe her lips were "frozen" in that position by incompetent botox treatments or something similar.
