Made an appointment last week and got a confirmation and started making my way down to I-Drive. Sent a 10 min ETA heads up and got a confirmation reply back but once I pulled in to the lot I got ghosted. Was able to make a last minute appointment with another one (posted in positive review) and only got a response back from Gia after my dream there saying sorry and that the guy that was with her apparently extended the time, which was BS after all those confirmations.
