I was due to meet her the other night and despite texting an ETA while en route (in an effort to minimize the parking lot delay that other reviewers had mentioned) I was left waiting initially for a good 30 minutes.

Don't apologize for anything dude, providers have ghosted all of us with little to no explanation. And some of us have it worse because we end up driving their just to hear crickets. Don't be fooled into thinking none of these providers haven't pulled the same stunt. Yes it is proper etiquette to tell someone you have to cancel in advance. But considering you had to contact and deal with the place that makes you your bread and butter first regarding an injury, that takes priority over anything else. Chick tried to scam me. I meet at set time, I get there and rather than proceed she ends up talking with me about life and shit, which is fine by me because she said this won't cut into our time and she said she's not going to be like "hey you have 30 min hurry up" (her words exactly).
