That is a shame to hear. I went there a couple times when it first opened and had good experiences with no issues. My more recent visit had some similar problems to what you mentioned. They were clearly inexperienced, so it's sad to hear that they're choosing the rip-off route as part of the process. Also. $65! What a weird number to charge. Looks like I missed out on the latina lady at Sakura by a day or two. Unfortunate, but it happens.
