Yes. It's not hard to get. Just go to Walmart and buy a cheap prepaid phone and SIM card combo. Buy the phone with cash and buy the reload cards with cash. This becomes your "naughty phone". Also good for privacy as your personal phone / number now should have only clean, non-revealing messages and call logs.
