I have seen alot of those real estate type lock boxes on some AMP's lately. All of the AMP's were open during business hours, tho, and the lock boxes were left on the door I guess to be used daily. I hit up 3 AMP's in the SFV over the weekend and they all had them so I don't know why those lock boxes are being used. But all of those shops were open for business.

Hey,

Yesterday while browsing thru some MP site ran across and ad about the place on Verdugo (the one across the street were Jenny works) it's located on a small strip mall with a Filipino restaurant on it.

Anyway, I called and minutes later received a text with the info, 1/2 hr 30, $130 VIP, so I thought to TOFTT. Texted back and just for the heck of it asked if they were open late. Got a positive reply and asked what time. Texted 2 am and they said ok!

I did not want to go that late so today on my way to Glendale stop by and found the place had a lock on the front door (the ones used in RE) like it's closed permanently.

So, my question: anybody knows what's up with this place?

I don't know. Been a long time since I scoped that street but I doubt it unless it's a new fire station. These blocks of Inglewood Ave used to be a wide open outdoor weed market that wouldn't have thrived for years with a fire station right there. The cops finally closed down the business when the sellers switched to crack from weed. Now its all cleaned up but still a gritty inner city barrio. 3 good FS spots in the general area. Won is technically in Lennox but very close to the Inglewood line. It fronts on Inglewood Blvd a block or two north from the intersection with Lennox Blvd. Right where the big jets fly right over Inglewood Blvd one after another - close to the ground about 19 seconds before the landing gear touches down in LAX.
