It is not legit but as the price would indicate, it also is not a regular MP. The providers rent their massage rooms so they are working independently of central management. Multiple ethnic backgrounds among the girls right now, though it started off years ago with a group of Thai girls. I believe that most if not all of the providers will not exceed HJ in the shop, but some of them will be happy to offer OTC to those they trust. So it is YMMV girl by girl but perhaps not much variance at the Larchmont location. If you are looking for FS, the best you're likely to accomplish here is to make a contact for something outside.
