$70 is probably the fee for just a massage. Anything else is extra and open for negotiation. Most likely they will want to same tip as if they are working in a shop. You can try and get a discount on the tip and then again they might be looking for something more than just a standard tip.

You could be right with that train of thought, the other side to that is a unit in a condominium, while it may have the appearance of a normal unit in a condominium is in fact a "shop" an in call shop if you will, with all the same operating procedures as a "shop" would. 70 goes to shop for rent and other amenities.
