Not sure if this helps explain but "Alligator" is a composition of all the ads available on EB. The "Babylon" segment is for providers that have been reviewed. So you may see a provider on alligator but not on Babylon because it acts as a filter for reviewed providers vs all providers on alligator, whether they have been reviewed or not. If they show up in Babylon you should be able to see all their history of posts under old posts tab. If you are looking at their ad in Babylon and you click the info tab, there will be a red arrow at the bottom of the info page that will "take you back to post" when you click that it takes you from Babylon to alligator which is where you can see the original ad, and search any provider that has a post. It's a little confusing but once you know what to look for, you realize that it's always been there right in your face.
