Just a definition for those who do not know the depth of the prostitution business, DORMITORY refers to a house in the process of being demised, so in the transition it is occupied by one of 2 forms of low lives, the first is PROSTITUTES, the second is ADDICTS.

It appears that the Baltimore Police and the community are doing a coherent effort in shattering the prostitution in the Wilkens-Washington area. Here are the 3 phases of the process.

Phase-I Start by arresting known SWs and frequent Johns by setting up stings.

Phase-II Start stopping vehicles which pickup prostitutes. Run the names of Johns and SWs in computer system for arrest warrants.

Phase-III Exercise laws designed to curb prostitution by prosecuting persons who trespass, loiter, signal known prostitutes, etc. Yes, there are "unexercised" laws! Also, nervous Johns often commit traffic violations. Checking their insurance and registration does not hurt either. And yeah, run their names.

I have been criticized for providing accurate details about pickup locations, which honestly I have done to help fellow mongers find the girls, after all, this is what this site is about. I have done so on occasions to provide verifiable information, because some has doubted that someone can monger so much. With all that said, I now realize that this information is not of value to seniors, but can be of great value to newbies, and mid-level mongers. My defense is that the information is not shared.

Never pull your keys out of the ignnition when conducting a car day. Further, never put them in the position where they are easily pulled out either. If you must turn your car off, put them in the aux position (where the radio and windows still work) this way a SW will have a more difficult time pulling them out and holding them for ransom. This is a game, you do not want to play.

I would like to offer 3 pieces of advice to avoid this situation, but before everything I have to admit that it happened to me some 20 years ago.

1. Do not look like a victim who can be kicked around, then get his keys taken away from him, like taking candy from a baby. This one mean SOB tells them eye-to-eye: We are going to my spot for a BJ; I have $20 for you. I can say that because I pick up SW with 100% certainty they are SWs.

2. Don't pick up aggressive looking SWs who are waving cars and trying to jump into the first car which stops near them. I was near bmore so i thought i'd take all the advice from RTFF and thought I might break my SW cherry tonight. First time driving down wilkens, saw a few WSW's wave at me, but then got freaked out and turned back.
