Same experience 2 days ago around 10 PM. I even called 3 numbers but no answers. I ended up driving downtown for a CraigsList 30 min $80 date.

On my way back 90 minutes later, I counted 7 SWs on WW. On the initial run, I saw about 5 mongers circling the area. On the way back, I only saw one senior monger from USASG.

Few months ago when the economy got on the slippery slopes, some members were cheering and suggesting an influx of civilians into the meat market, but the facts are different:

2. I have noticed more ads on Craigslist, and for cheaper prices. It appears that the sector hardest hit in the lower middle class. I placed an ad under "men seeking women" and was surprised by the responses. One of the responder was a community college instructor, another was a female officer. I found out that she is an officer after the second date.

3. While SW fees are not likely to drop, the CL fees will. Quickes are not advertised for $80 average; they were $100 just weeks ago. Few months ago they were as high as $120.

4. Your choice of candidates will not affect street fees or abundance of SW. We are in for a long ride, and it is a matter of time.

So, if Joe Cramer was a monger, he would give you the following advice:

a. Expect to see new SWs in few months, only after companies start laying off workers.

b. SW fees will not drop, because they are linked to drug prices, but expect SWs to agree to any standard offer.

c. You will see less ripoffs and more hard working SWs because of competition.

d. You will see new mongers -- those who hesitate to pay CL prices, so they discover SW market.

e. Expect CL fees to drop. $60 for HH, $100-120 for FH are within sight.

f. Expect stronger law enforcement in general.
