I believe OUT was referring to CL when the word "great" was used. CL postings were populated mainly with mass scammers wanting a pic and a phone number to extort the individual. Say what you will, but it's not a bad thing. CL was free, now those individuals or IT scammers will have to find another platform. They will have to pony up funds or dig really hard to continue a no cost campaign on the hobbyist community. I hope usaadultclasified has a screening process to filter the harmful unwanted. Just an observation.

CL took down the personal section, not Congress. Congress has passed a bill that will hold websites more criminally responsible than anytime in history. The bill is not law as it still has to be signed by the president. Congress didn't take down the personal section. CL did it as a response to the bill passing the senate on 3-21-2018.

To me this is great because these girls think the internet gives them the ability to reach countless potential victims to fall prey to their bate and switch game or even worse the grab and dash or knock on the door get out trick. Their reputation will become important again when faced with the possibility of losing access to countless potential victims.

We aren't going anywhere.

LOL. They removed it in order to not fall into the trap of the new law. I saw it as a "not" good thing because as places for them to advertise disappear, so will they. So that means I for one will be holding a bit tighter on to my UTRs and not sharing, as I imagine many others will as well, which will drive their prices up. Supply and demand. My two cents. MM.

But rarely did I use CL for P4 P, it was my trolling ground for great hookups. Granted they were probably one out of every 20 I answered, but this is going to dry up that vein (so to speak) now. And the law didn't shut it down, they did it themselves to avoid being (allegedly) responsible for knowingly participating in human trafficing activities. Man this sucks. MM.

From the fall to the end of the year. I a lot of women want Christmas money and stuff. And preferably during the day from 8 to 5. The real ones always put there ads up and them take them down. That is how you know who is who. But just check everyday like I do. Have a second email address because there is spam.

I agree with Murph. You have to read them close to try pick out one that may be real. And even then they are mostly fake. There are a few more that are on there now that were old backpage oens that don't post there anymore since they changed how they do things. So can can find a legit one. But be prepared most are fake.

99% of the "people" on there are all spammers unless you count the gay guys pretending to be women to get dick pics from straight guys. I tested it out one afternoon recently to see if it was as bad as before and sent out 20 emails to posts that didn't appear to be the spammers and every single one turned out to be spam. A straight male isn't going to find much on there except maybe an old fat lady looking for sex or a bunch of guys pretending to be women.
